We are looking for a Partner Success Manager to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data, applications and systems across any environment.
As a Partner Success Manager you will build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior‑level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus. You will identify, develop and typically close new sales opportunities, create demand for the organization’s products and services, achieve revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account, and may conduct regular status and strategy meetings with the customer’s senior management.
What You’ll Do:
Drive quarter over quarter cloud revenue growth working through assigned partners
Make a territory analysis and planning for dedicated geographies to identify top potential partners
Perform account planning with all managed partners with a level of detail depending on the partner’s engagement, loyalty and responsiveness
Train new and existing partners with existing and new products
Guide every partner through onboarding and enablement stages, equipping them with all needed knowledge, resources and tools
Motivate and enable partners to sell Acronis services to the existing customer base of the partner, attract new customers to the partner and help retain existing customers to the partner
Drive partner’s satisfaction and act as a trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the entire partner lifecycle
Drive successful upsell/cross‑sell initiatives with partners to increase new services attach rate
Put maximum effort to avoid churn and retain partners
Engage and orchestrate all needed internal resources to help dedicated partners grow
Profile every managed partner on vendors and tools they sell/use, putting all information into Partner Passport. Every CSP Passport should have at least 80 % fields filled out
Know partner’s lifecycle management and lead a partner along it through a set of regular activities focused on educating, evangelizing, and committing
Maintain a regularity/frequency of contact with every partner depending on priority
What You Bring:
5+ years of sales and marketing experience in the software industry (Channel Sales, Partner Account Manager, Channel development position within a software vendor)
Proven experience in a cyber security company demonstrating a strong understanding of industry practices and protocols is required
In‑depth channel and field sales experience with an understanding of the cloud market business model
Strong presentation, communication, and planning skills
Strong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the business
High level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding organizational, problem‑solving, and multi‑tasking skills
Collaborative, team‑player with a commitment to succeed and never give up attitude
Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Must be able to speak fluent/native Dutch
