Functie

In this role as Interim Teamlead Technical Service you will be responsible for the following:

- Lead, guide, and coach a small team of technical professionals to ensure strong team performance.

- Coordinate and manage all maintenance activities to guarantee smooth operation of machinery and installations.

- Execute and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, including planning and maintaining maintenance schedules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to reduce downtime and maintain operational flow.

- Act as the primary point of contact for external technical partners, machine suppliers, and service providers.

- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, hygiene, environmental, and operational standards.

- Contribute to and strengthen the site's Quality & Safety culture.

- Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and enhance technical reliability.

- Propose, implement, and evaluate improvements to maintenance workflows and technical operational processes.

- Manage and monitor the technical maintenance budget to ensure cost‑effective operations.

- Track, report, and communicate technical performance metrics and maintenance KPIs.

- Work 60% operational (hands‑on) and 40% office/coordination.

Profiel

For this role as Interim Teamlead Technical Service:

- A completed technical MBO education (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering).

- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a technical team environment.

- Strong communication skills and fluency in Dutch (spoken and written).

- Knowledge of Quality, HACCP, safety systems, and IFS standards.

- Experience in the Food or FMCG production industry.

- A hands‑on, results‑driven mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities. xbelvxb

- Start date: ASAP

- Contract for 3 months (with option to extend)

- 32/36h per week
