Position Overview
At 1GLOBAL, our Wholesale team is crucial to our success, enabling us to provide seamless connectivity to our enterprise, IoT, and B2B2C customers. We are looking for a driven and autonomous Commercial & Wholesale Manager to lead our engagement with mobile operators and roaming partners. You will own the full lifecycle of MVNO agreements, including negotiating renewals and launches, optimising costs, and managing key commitments. You'll also lead strategic partnerships with International Sponsored Roaming providers and support cross-functional initiatives across the group.
We are open to hiring for this role in our Warsaw, Amsterdam, Berlin, Lisbon, and London offices.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage relationships with MVNO host partners, including end-to-end contract negotiations, renewals, and new MVNO launches
Secure optimal commercial terms across all wholesale agreements by minimising costs, managing commitments/shortfalls, and driving sustainable growth
Lead commercial negotiations with Sponsored Roaming providers, expanding our global reach
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate forecasting, cost modelling, and budgeting for all wholesale activity
Contribute to and own strategic initiatives within the Wholesale function—ensuring execution is aligned with business priorities across regions

Requirements
In-depth understanding of the mobile sector and technology
Proven experience in mobile wholesale, particularly in MVNO and roaming
Exceptional negotiation skills and a track record of securing favourable agreements
Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised, energetic, and able to work independently without supervision
Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating strategic thinking into actionable plans
Strong relationship-building skills, both with partners and internal teams
