Location: Netherlands (Randstad Area – Amsterdam / Rotterdam / Eindhoven / Leiden) Full-time | Permanent Contract | Hybrid Working Model (4 days/week)

Role Overview: As a

Project Controls Specialist , you will support major client projects by ensuring robust planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management, and performance reporting. You will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to drive successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules Perform cost tracking and forecasting Identify, assess, and manage project risks Prepare KPI dashboards and progress reports Support change management processes Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Engineering, Business, Project Management, or similar) 2–7 years of experience in Project Controls, Planning, or PMO roles Proficiency with planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Jira) Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Power BI is a plus) Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
