Support the day-to-day coordination of spare parts supply across European repair centers Ensure stock levels are accurate and match maintenance and repair schedules Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to guarantee timely delivery Manage the full lifecycle of spare parts for scooters, e-bikes, and e-mopeds, from planning to dispatch Oversee warehouse activities, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness Work closely with internal teams to forecast demand and streamline operations Monitor KPIs, identify supply chain issues, and propose solutions Continuously improve spare parts processes to increase service levels and minimize downtime Contribute to projects aimed at improving after-sales support and customer satisfaction Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, engineering, or related field ~3+ years' experience in supply chain, spare parts, after-sales, or OEM delivery ~ Solid knowledge of inventory management, logistics, and supply chain processes ~ Experienced in working with external partners, repair centers, dealer networks, and warehouses ~ Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio; SAP/ERP/CRM knowledge is a plus ~ Fluent in Mandarin and English; Dutch is an advantage ~ A pivotal role in the European supply chain for micro-mobility products A clear path to a permanent contract after your first year Opportunities for professional growth, training, and a personal development budget Collaboration with international teams and factories in China A dynamic and supportive work environment with healthy snacks and fruit available Fun team activities, including Friday drinks and team outings
