Providing process reports and handing over staff at the end of each shift. Working in accordance with HACCP, SOP, and GMP regulations. Resolving malfunctions quickly and efficiently. English is the language of communication on the work floor. Functievereisten: What we expect from a operator for this position: You are fluent in English. Experience as a (process) operator. You thrive in a structured environment where clear procedures are followed and no deviations are permitted. You are comfortable commuting. You are willing to work in three shifts. More than 5 years working experience with LEAN manufacturing, Six sigma, Continuous improvement and Troubleshooting (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen, Poka Yoke, TPM, ATS, SMED, Fishbone method). Working with process/data processing ERP systems (SAP/MES). Working with Standard Operating Processes. Arbeidsvoorwaarden: What can you expect as an operator: Starting salary indication between €4,297,- gross per month, including 31.1% shift allowance and a 13th-month salary.
