Project Managers

with different seniority and experience levels to join our team and support one of our key clients—a multinational leader in the credit insurance industry. • Lead the completion of complex IT and business transformation projects. • Establish and maintain structured project plans covering scope, timelines and resources. • Track project milestones and proactively address potential risks or blockers. • Ensure ongoing communication and alignment with key stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and quality standards. • Manage cross-functional teams, encouraging collaboration and performance. • Promote innovation and continuous improvement within project cycles. • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus). • From 4 to 10 years of experience in project management, preferably IT or business transformation. • Solid understanding of project methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall. • Hands-on experience with project tools such as MS Project, Azure Boards, ServiceNow. • Strong interpersonal, leadership and problem-solving abilities. • Proven experience managing vendors, offshore teams and cross-country delivery. • Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2. • Fluent in English (minimum B2 level). • Spanish intermediate level or other languages (e.g., German, Italian). • Familiarity with Confluence, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based solutions. • Experience managing both IT and business-side projects.
