DevOps Engineer

Support deployment, configuration, and operational activities for critical platforms, including operational support as required outside regular business hours.

Own and support the run and operations aspect of systems, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance.

Perform Linux system administration, including troubleshooting CPU, memory, disk, and performance-related issues.

Manage and support on-premise servers and virtual machines (VMs) in production environments.

Design, write, and maintain Ansible automation, including playbooks, roles, and module concepts.

Implement and manage monitoring and observability solutions using Grafana and Prometheus, including dashboard creation, alerting, and metrics analysis.

Build, manage, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, including pipeline creation, artifacts handling, and branch policy enforcement.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to proactively identify issues and continuously improve system stability and operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table

6–8 years of overall experience as a DevOps Engineer in enterprise or production environments.

Strong hands‑on experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automation.

Proven expertise in Linux system administration and production support.

Solid experience handling on‑prem infrastructure and virtualized environments.

Hands‑on expertise with Ansible, including writing playbooks, roles, and understanding module concepts.

Strong experience with monitoring tools, specifically Grafana and Prometheus.

Practical knowledge of Azure DevOps, including pipelines, artifacts, and branch policies.

Good understanding of RDBMS concepts, including indexes and keys.

You Should Possess the Ability to

Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve production and infrastructure issues.

Automate operational tasks using Bash and/or Python scripting.

Analyze system metrics and logs to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Work effectively in high-availability, mission-critical environments.
