About the job As a Content & Communications Specialist at Flatpay, you will be responsible for adapting and translating product and marketing materials for the Dutch market. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our messaging is both linguistically and culturally relevant while maintaining brand consistency. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and language-savvy professional who can balance precise translation with creative localization to craft engaging marketing communication.

What you'll do Keyresponsibilities:

Translateandlocalizemarketingmaterials,includingwebsite and ad content,emails, sales brochures, and productcommunications.

Ensure a consistent and professional tone-of-voice across all Dutch marketing channels.

Proofreadandrefinetranslations,collaboratingwithinternalteams toensureaccuracyandculturalalignment.

Adaptglobalcampaignsand content for theDutchmarketincollaborationwith the product and marketing teams.

Optimizeproduct communication based on local customer insights and market analysis.

Engage with the Dutch community across Meta Ads, Trustpilot, and Google platforms, ensuring a positive and consistent representation ofFlatpay’sbrand.

Contribute to Dutch product development by sharing insights gathered from close collaboration with merchants and internal teams.

Who you are Your competencies and background:

Native-levelproficiencyin Dutch and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Experiencein translation,localization, or content marketing,preferablyinfintech, SaaS, ore-commerce.

Strongunderstandingofcommercialcommunicationwith theabilitytosimplifycomplexmessages.

Familiaritywith translationtoolsandCMS platformsis a plus.
