This role is based in our Eersel office.
Candidates are expected to work on-site to facilitate effective collaboration with internal teams.
Business travel within Europe will be required.
Job Responsibilities
1. Market Development & Customer Acquisition
Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities for thermal printer products across the European market.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including executives and technical stakeholders.
Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact and needs assessment to commercial implementation and ongoing account growth.
2. Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Conduct systematic market research based on daily sales activities and customer interactions, including:
Analyze market structure, industry segmentation, and growth opportunities within target sectors.
Evaluate customer purchasing logic, decision-making processes, and buying criteria.
Identify customer priorities regarding product performance, pricing, service, and overall value proposition.
Monitor competitor product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market approaches.
Prepare structured and actionable market research reports covering:
Market trends and demand forecasting
Competitive landscape analysis
Pricing benchmarks
Target customer profiles
Strategic recommendations for product positioning and sales strategy
3. Project-Based Sales & Solution Development
Lead customer requirement analysis, including both technical and commercial aspects.
Present tailored solutions and articulate clear value propositions aligned with customer needs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project-related documentation.
Coordinate cross-functional internal resources (technical, production, logistics, and management) to ensure solution feasibility and successful project execution.
4. Business Negotiation & Contract Management
Lead and participate in key commercial negotiations.
Collaborate with management and legal teams to finalize contract terms and ensure smooth agreement execution.
5. Order Coordination & Customer Support
Serve as the primary communication interface between customers and internal teams.
Coordinate with logistics, production, and headquarters to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor order progress, manage resource allocation, and proactively resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering, International Trade, Industrial Technology, or related fields preferred).
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in project-based or solution-oriented sales.
Strong market analysis, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a dynamic international environment.
