About Aiden
Aiden is a young, ambitious software company in Utrecht. With a team of 16 talented people, we build great software and aim to improve the world of e-commerce. Since November 2024, we’ve been part of the Shop Circle team, while still operating independently.
Our goal: make it easier for consumers to find the right product or service. We do this with our SaaS platform for guided selling, which allows our customers (online stores) to create their own interactive shopping guides.
We’re small, and we like it that way (rhyming intended!). Our customers like it too. It means lots of responsibility and freedom for our team.
We’re ambitious, but that doesn’t mean we’re an “always-on” company. We give you the freedom and flexibility to get your work done.
About you
You’re not afraid of hard work, but you especially love working smart. You make the most of what you have, and you’re not shy about venturing out with an axe to carve new, bigger tools if needed.
You have around 3–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales and have independently closed mid-market deals (€10–50K ACV). You also have experience with enterprise sales cycles as part of a team, or you’re curious to learn more about them.
You sell as a person: you listen well, analyze problems, and propose solutions that resonate on multiple levels—from e-commerce managers to C-level executives.
You’re competitive and love winning. Your prospects notice this immediately. Internally, you’re curious and open to feedback, playbooks, and ideas from others.
A plus: experience with e-commerce SaaS and an understanding of how online stores think about conversion, retention, and customer experience.
You speak fluent English and Dutch; an additional European language is a big plus.
What you’ll do
We’ll help you grow into a top-notch sales professional. Aiden is a market leader in the Netherlands, and you’ll help us expand that position.
In your first month:
Get to know our product, positioning, and sales processes thoroughly
Familiarize yourself with our ICP, buyer personas, and the most common pain points
Brainstorm with your sales colleagues about our hitlist and sales strategy
In your first quarter:
Independently lead discovery calls and product demos for mid-market prospects (€10–50K ACV)
Learn from your colleagues how to tackle larger, complex enterprise deals
In your first year:
Have full control over your own pipeline
Consistently hit your quota
Expand our impact with exciting new logos
Not everyone says yes right away. But with the right follow-up, timing, and a good dose of flair, you’ll win over the skeptics. Because hesitant customers don’t buy.
Throughout all this, you’ll work closely with Simon (CCO), Melanie (Sales Lead), and the rest of the sales team. Want more? Great! Your growth path is defined only by your ambition and results.
