Channel Account Manager – Physical Access Control Solutions

Our client is a global market leader in Physical Access Control Solutions and due to exciting positive growth, they are now looking to recruit an experienced
Channel Account Manager
to drive growth in partner sales across the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region.
Reporting to the
European Channel Sales Director , this field-based role focuses on managing and developing indirect sales channels — including
distributors, system integrators, and OEM partners
— while identifying new opportunities in an established market.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow regional channel and key accounts
Identify and develop new sales opportunities
Execute strategic account plans and forecasts
Support, train, and enable channel partners and consultants
Introduce new products and solutions
Represent our client at customer and industry events
Maintain accurate CRM data using Salesforce
What Our Client Is Looking For
5+ years’ experience in B2B key account or channel sales
Proven success meeting sales targets
Experience selling
Physical Access Control solutions
in the Benelux market
Fluent in
Dutch and English
with excellent communication skills
Experience with Salesforce; SaaS or cloud licensing exposure is a plus
Comfortable with regular travel across Benelux region
