About us:

Your day to day:

Assist the Breakfast Chef in daily breakfast service, including preparation and execution of the à la carte menu

Support with banqueting when required with food preparation and operational tasks

Prepare ingredients and mise en place for breakfast and other outlets as directed

Manage and operate the live omelette station, ensuring quality and guest interaction

Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and storage areas in compliance with HACCP standards

Follow food safety, hygiene, and company procedures at all times

During quieter periods, assist with additional tasks such as staff meals or preparation for other outlets

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient

Job Requirements:

Available to start shifts at 06:00 AM

Flexible and adaptable to operational needs

Eager to learn and develop culinary skills

Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required

Available to work weekends, bank holidays, and holiday periods

Fluent in spoken and written English

Confident interacting with guests in a polite and professional manner

Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
