What You'll Do Develop, implement, and manage production schedules to ensure efficient and timely delivery of turbo jet engines Continuously assess and optimize assembly processes to boost productivity, reduce waste, and increase efficiency Lead, mentor, and supervise engine assembly technicians, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability Ensure all turbo jet components meet rigorous quality standards in close collaboration with the quality assurance team Oversee inventory and materials management to secure cost-effective and timely availability of resources Monitor maintenance and calibration of production equipment to minimize downtime and ensure reliability Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in line with regulatory requirements Work closely with engineering, R&D, and supply chain teams to align production goals with design and delivery schedules Ensure compliance with aerospace industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines

Requirements What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position in aerospace or turbine manufacturing Strong understanding of turbine production processes and related technologies Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Kaizen Hands-on experience with production scheduling, resource allocation, and workforce management Strong leadership and team management capabilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in production management software and ERP systems (preferably MSD). Knowledge of quality control processes, ISO standards, and aerospace safety regulations Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Extras that would make you stand out Familiarity with defense or aerospace compliance frameworks Track record of scaling production in high-growth environments. Multilingual abilities and international work experience.
