Restaurant Assistant (max 12 hours)

West Coast Supply Group in Leiden is looking for a Restaurant/Kitchen Assistant for lunch at its restaurant, The Admiral.

Our concept is an open kitchen with healthy and fresh cooking.

The team consists of 2 cooks. You will support the cooks and have the opportunity to learn more about cooking techniques, ordering, stock management, and other kitchen tasks in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

Work flexibly from Monday to Friday (days and time can be discussed) between 9:00 and 17:00 with a maximum of 12 hours per week.

Support the cooks with daily tasks.

Follow the team’s instructions for safety, health & safety, HACCP, etc.

Clean the working environment and kitchen equipment, and assist with washing duties.

Ensure coffee corners are clean and restocked.

Qualifications

Have an affinity for cooking, but experience is not required.

Be a real go-getter, motivated and enthusiastic.

Speak English and/or Dutch.
