Salesforce Data Specialist Looking for a Salesforce Data Specialist responsible for maintaining, validating, cleansing, and enhancing the accuracy and integrity of data within Salesforce. This role will support business, sales, and operations teams by ensuring that Salesforce data is accurate, reliable, and aligned with organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities Data Accuracy, Cleansing & Maintenance Verify and update Salesforce account information through research, ensuring completeness and accuracy of fields. Perform data cleaning activities including deduplication, normalization, formatting, and enrichment. Regularly review Salesforce data for consistency and errors, ensuring ongoing data hygiene. Data Migration, Entry & Management Enter new contacts, companies, and account details in Salesforce while adhering to data quality standards. Import, export, and transform Salesforce data using Data Loader, Import Wizard, or ETL tools. Data Validation & Reporting Maintain and monitor data quality using validation reports and gap identification techniques. Generate and analyze Salesforce reports and dashboards to track data completeness and quality. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and business teams to understand data requirements and support daily workflows. Partner with Salesforce admins and analysts to improve data usability and implement data-related enhancements. Documentation & Process Support Document data processes, field mappings, cleaning procedures, and migration steps. Assist with testing and validation of migrated or updated data to ensure alignment with business rules.

Primary Skills Proficiency in Salesforce (data entry, lookups, object structures, basic admin tasks). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills: formulas, pivot tables, and data cleaning techniques. Familiarity with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, and ETL utilities. Ability to generate basic Salesforce reports and dashboards.

Secondary Skills Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot data inconsistencies. Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders.
