The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team is responsible to support markets with GTM, seller territories mapping and assignment, sales force optimization, performance and incentives. This group plays a critical role in the companyโs transformation into a data driven organization.
This role will be responsible for maintaining commercial team mapping and optimization, support business in target setting and running incentives calculations.
Territory Management on Varicent Sales Planning:
Work with business to maintain and update commercial teams territories mapping on Varicent Sales Planning platform
Run data validation and reconciliation.
Ensure that the commercial team performance on PBI is reflecting mapping and rules on our working platform (Varicent SP)
Sales Force Performance Management:
Work closely with Commercial team and HR making sure that new joiners and team members that are changing role are reflected correctly on the platforms
Manage exceptions and requirement from Senior Leadership
Analysis & Data Insights for Leadership team:
Ability to create models for providing business insights to the Leadership team.
Knowledge of Varicent Sales Planning and ICM
Knowledge of Commercial Incentives
Strong excel skills
Ability to clean and validate data to ensure uniformity and accuracy
Expertise in data mining and machine learning.
SQL and Python programming languages.
BSc or MSc holder in the field of data analytics or a comparable education.
Min 3 years of experience in Sales Effectiveness or Consulting in healthcare, preferably Orthopedics using a variety of data analysis tools.
High interest and passion for data analysis and performance tracking
Analytical ability required to gather data, perform complex analysis, solve both business and technical problems. SQL and Python programming languages.
Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
