My client is one of the leading companies in the global biofuel industry. It's an international organization based in the center of Rotterdam.

Functie

- Managing the end-to-end processes Market-to-Order , Order-to-Cash , Transport Management and Warehouse Operations

- Stimulate continuous improvement within the assigned domain by assessing process quality and obtaining feedback from the organization

- Mapping process maturity and drawing up a roadmap for improvements in close collaboration with Business Managers and the Supply Chain Manager

- Translating new business needs and changes into concrete business requirements in collaboration with business and IT

- Coordinating cross-functional alignment within the B2B process flow (re)design and IT, and ensuring effective and targeted consultations

- Drafting process design documentation based on business requirements, including IT input, and ensuring clear and substantiated decision-making

- Periodically reporting on progress, improvements, changes, risks and opportunities

- Contribute to the design of (new) Sales and Supply Chain (sub)processes

- Together with department heads, ensure up-to-date process documentation (SOPs, policies, work instructions)

- Motivate stakeholders, negotiate effectively and coordinate collaboration between different departments

- Act as a point of contact for the local IT Design Manager

Profiel

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or similar

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Operations and Supply Chain (order fulfilment, transport management, warehouse operations)

- Fluent in English plus one additional European language

- Strong knowledge of order fulfilment, transport management, and warehouse process design

- Skilled in communication, facilitation, and process modelling

- Solid experience with change management

- Deep knowledge of core business processes and process design methodologies

- Strong ERP process blueprinting experience

- Certified Lean Green Belt or higher, with practical experience implementing Lean improvements

- Comfortable managing workshops and training in multicultural, international settings

- Strong stakeholder management skills
