Salary:

Max €10.064,00 per month (net). Additionally 18% flexible benefits budget (max €1.535,00), up to 11.5% bonus over the annual salary, lease car, 25+ vacation days.

Team Manage a team of five cost engineers and five contract & supplier managers who collaborate closely with project leaders and managers in asset beheer, netontwikkeling, projecten, klant, en operatie & beheer for day‑to‑day execution and realization of the portfolio and projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and evaluate sourcing strategy.

Advise on organizational development of Infra in line with long‑term strategy.

Accountable for contract changes and price negotiations.

Manage supplier relationships.

Provide guidance for pricing and escalations.

Accountable for contract and supplier performance management.

Own price model, re‑forecast and index processes.

Represent Infra in collaboration with suppliers, contractors and network managers.

Assist in forming new framework agreements.

Qualifications

Relevant university education.

Experience with a contractor, engineering bureau or municipality.

Experience with large civil engineering projects.

Additional management training.

Minimum five years of relevant leadership experience, preferably with a team of specialists.
