Mission As a Sales Manager you will develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company growth objectives across Europe. You will manage and mentor the sales team, optimize sales processes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Your strategic vision, analytical skills, and ability to build strong customer relationships will be critical in expanding market presence, driving revenue, and supporting the overall success of Daesang Europe.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead the sales team, ensuring high performance and development

Oversee account management, new business development, and sales pipeline

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimize sales processes

Represent Daesang Europe in key meetings, trade fairs, and industry events

Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and business plans for management

Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field

Minimum of 7โ€“10 years of sales experience, including leadership of teams

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth

Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and CRM systems

Experience in international or cross-cultural sales environments

Highly organized, results-driven, and able to work under pressure
