Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Cloud Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Sales Cloud (formerly part of the SAP Customer Experience portfolio). The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in sales processes, integration capabilities, and end-to-end implementation experience across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementations of SAP Sales Cloud including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Configure core modules such as:

Accounts & Contacts

Leads & Opportunities

Activities & Appointments

Forecasting & Pipeline Management

Territory Management

Pricing & Quotations

Integrate SAP Sales Cloud with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and third-party systems using middleware such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Work with APIs, web services (OData/SOAP), and data migration tools.

Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Prepare functional specifications, technical documentation, and test scripts.

Provide post-go-live support and optimize system performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, integration, and analytics teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience in SAP Sales Cloud / SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer) implementations.

Strong understanding of sales business processes (Lead-to-Order, Opportunity-to-Cash).

Experience in system integrations (CPI, PI/PO, REST, SOAP).

Knowledge of workflow rules, business roles, page layouts, code lists, and adaptation.

Experience with data migration and reporting.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications and UI customization.

Strong client-facing and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
