Agent Coordinator

will design the processes, frameworks, and governance needed for effective agent selection, onboarding, performance management, and integration into our broader commercial activities.

What You’ll Do Sales Agent Network Development

Design and execute a structured process to identify, evaluate, and onboard top‑tier defence sales agents for global coverage.

Build and maintain a scalable onboarding programme ensuring agents are trained and up to date on Destinus’ products and processes.

Maintain robust and current legal, commercial, and compliance frameworks for agent agreements.

Agent Performance & Governance

Develop and manage a performance evaluation framework, includingKPIs, reporting cycles, renewal criteria, and improvement plans.

Monitor agent activity to ensure effective lead generation, follow‑up, and reporting.

Strengthen coordination between agents and internal Business Development teams, including joint customer activities and events.

Cross‑Functional Coordination

Work closely with product, legal, and business development teams to ensure agents have the necessary tools, materials, and information.

What You’ll Need

Strong PMO, governance, and performance‑management capabilities.

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.

Experience in global sales or managing international sales agents is a strong plus.

Experience in defence or international B2G environments is an advantage.

Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external consultants in a fast‑paced setting.

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel, with emphasis on APAC and LATAM.

Self‑driven, structured, and comfortable in a high‑growth scale‑up environment.

English Fluency.

You understand how agent‑based sales models work and know how to bring clarity, discipline, and governance without slowing momentum. You are confident working across cultures, time zones, and stakeholders, and you are comfortable navigating defence and B2G contexts where trust, compliance, and long‑term relationships matter. You take ownership, think in frameworks, and enjoy turning commercial strategy into scalable, repeatable execution.
