Blasting technician (English Speaking)

Wat je gaat doen As an industrial blaster at our company in Wijchen, you play an important role in maintaining the quality and durability of metal products that meet our clients’ high standards. You will face the challenge of working with precision on complex metal conservation techniques, including grit‑corundum blasting and schoopering, while adapting to shift work and collaborating closely with your team to keep production running smoothly and safely.

Your main responsibilities include:

Preparing metal surfaces for treatment to ensure they meet quality and durability standards

Operating the blasting line accurately to support efficient production processes

Applying schoopering techniques to enhance rust resistance and product lifespan

Performing thorough quality inspections to guarantee client satisfaction

Working closely with colleagues to maintain a safe and productive workplace

Monthly salary from €3500 to €3700 for 40 hours

Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position

Full‑time role with 40 hours per week

Functie‑eisen We seek a precise and adaptable Industrial Blaster with solid metal conservation experience.

Experience in metal conservation and grit‑corundum blasting

Proficiency in overhead crane operations preferred

Knowledge of schoopering techniques is a plus

Fluent in Dutch and/or English communication

Flexible to work shifts as needed
