first Solutions Engineer in the region

- a high-impact, foundational role at the heart of their expansion.

You won’t be “another SE.” You’ll help define how technical sales is done locally.

Role This is a founding Solutions Engineer hire for the Benelux market. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Engineering - leading technical discovery, delivering tailored demos, handling RFPs, and guiding customers through proof-of-value conversations.

The goal? Free up technical leadership from sales-heavy work and ensure customers feel confident in both the product and the implementation approach. You won’t be expected to code full integrations, but you should be comfortable: Discussing APIs and data flows Understanding security architecture and network environments Translating technical depth into business value Owning the technical win in a deal

It’s part technical advisor, part structured pre-sales lead, part bridge-builder between commercial and technical teams.
