About the Role We are seeking an SAP Employee Central (EC) Consultant with proven experience in the

Time Off sub-module

to join our customer, a market leader in the HR/Payroll sector, in a support-focused role. You will handle roadmap changes, provide expert guidance, and ensure smooth process continuity across the HR landscape on their continuous improvement project.

Key Responsibilities Deliver support and enhancements within SAP EC, specifically the Time Off module. Manage and implement updates aligned with the client’s HR roadmap. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to address system issues or improvement requests. Ensure best practices are applied across module configurations.

Required Experience & Skills 2–3 full lifecycle SAP EC implementations

(Time Off module included). Strong functional understanding of

SAP EC Time Off . Fluency in

Dutch and English

is essential. Hands-on support experience within large or complex environments. Seniority level is flexible; strong module knowledge is more important than senior title.
