About the Position We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Data Quality Specialist to support and maintain existing product data and reporting solutions across Europe. This is a hands‑on role focused on ensuring that product data remains accurate, validated, and reliable across multiple systems. The position combines Power BI development, SQL/Python scripting, and Databricks data work with stakeholder coordination across EU markets. The role is primarily focused on maintaining, improving, and handing over established BI products to global teams — rather than building entirely new solutions from scratch.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize existing Power BI dashboards and KPIs

Monitor and improve data validation rules to ensure high data quality

Work with Databricks and Azure-based data environments to support reporting solutions

Write, adjust, and debug SQL and Python scripts

Support the transition and handover of BI products to global teams

Collaborate with European stakeholders to align on data standards and improvements

Facilitate discussions and guide users in understanding reporting tools and data structures

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or similar roles

Strong experience with

Power BI

(data modeling, DAX, dashboards)

Solid skills in

SQL

and

Python

(scripting, debugging, modifying validation logic)

Experience working with

Databricks / Azure data environments

Ability to work independently in a structured data landscape

Strong stakeholder communication skills

Fluent in English

Nice to have

Understanding of SAP data structures

Experience in complex, multi-market organizations

Exposure to data governance or regulatory data environments
