Wat ga je doen? As a commercial manager in Arnhem, you are responsible for the entire sales cycle from start to finish. Using your commercial drive, you approach new prospects across European markets, identify and generate your own leads, carry out cold outreach, lead sales meetings, and close new business.

The solution you offer is a trend intelligence platform used by leading companies to stay ahead in their industries.

You are confident picking up the phone and initiating new conversations. You understand how to sell a service rather than a physical product and can translate client needs into clear value.

Because you work with international clients, you speak Dutch or English at a professional level. Additional European languages such as German, Spanish, or French are a strong advantage but not essential. Travel is a recurring part of the role, with occasional international visits.

What does my work week look like? As a commercial manager in Arnhem, you work 32 to 40 hours per week in an independent, internationally oriented role. You proactively approach new prospects through calls and messages and schedule online or face‑to‑face meetings. You present the service, explore client challenges, and move opportunities towards signed agreements.

You also travel to meet key clients and prospects across European markets when required. In addition, you follow up on conversations, prepare proposals, and maintain relationships with existing accounts. When you secure a new client, you share the success and milestones together with your team.

MBO level 4 working and thinking level, preferably commercial

Proactive, outgoing, and commercially minded

You have a driver’s licence B

About 1–2 years of experience in service sales

Comfortable with cold outreach and taking initiative

Fluent in Dutch or English

German, Spanish, or French is a plus
