We are seeking an experienced

Business Analyst/Consultant

with strong expertise in

ServiceNow HRSD

and/or

Employee Service Center (ESC).

The role involves conducting workshops with customer stakeholders, gathering and documenting requirements, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful delivery of HRSD/ESC solutions.

Required Skills & Experience Proven expertise in

ServiceNow HRSD

(mandatory). HRSD and/or ESC (Employee Service Center) Pro Skills

(mandatory). Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to work in hybrid mode and travel within Europe as needed
