Our team will consist out of a mix of seniority and specialisms: strategists, designers, CX-tech experts, data scientists and vibe-coders.

What You Do

Lead discovery through scale-up: futurecasting CX, frame business cases, design capability roadmaps and advise on CX/MarTech/AI platforms like Adobe, Salesforce or Google.

Co-create and launch new data-driven digital propositions: from loyalty schemes to D2C subscriptions. Validating hypotheses through rapid MVPs and in-market experiments.

Drive Gen‑AI adoption: prioritise use‑cases, govern data ethics & GDPR, and embed real-time decisioning into marketing, sales and service journeys.

Manage commercials: shape pursuits, scope contracts and protect margin while delivering measurable customer and business impact.

Mentor consultants and senior consultants; cultivate a learning culture centred on experimentation, inclusivity and innovation in the eco‑digital era.
