Over the next 9 months, you'll play a crucial role in the Design to Value initiatives aimed at maximizing value and minimizing costs.

As a Project Manager White Dairy you are leading in big DtV / renovation by delivering projects in line with project objectives, requirements, budget and planning via well-organized Project Management, including management of uncertainties. CAPEX requests could be part of project realization as well, including preparation of the necessary Business Case together with your expert team members. You are leading and coordinating all steps of a project: 1) Project initiation and orientation, 2) Project design and planning, 3) Project execution, 4) Stakeholder Management and 5) Project team lead. OTIF project execution (Realization of project deliverables within agreed timing and according to budget and requirements) Compliance or project updates in Principal Toolbox Agreed number of projects The purpose for this role is to manage and implement changes and innovations within the business group Europe, by becoming a Supply Chain Expertise Center and creating a customer oriented Supply Chain Footprint. The Supply Chain Commercialization Europe team currently consists of 10 professionals who work dedicated in Project - and Product Management for Opco's within Europe. The team is part of the Customer Supply Chain within BG Europe and Retail & Americas, where the Commercialization team services all respective Opco's via commercialization specialists, product and project management. To be a successful in this position, you have/ are: MSc / MBA Degree; Minimum of 7-10 years of work experience in the FMCG industry, with demonstrated record of achievement and project know-how; Understanding of new product/packaging development process; Understanding of (customer) supply chain within the total (internal & external) network of RFC; Demonstrated business planning and implementation skills; Demonstrated stakeholder management skills; Excellent communication & presentation skills (English); Coaching skills; Knowledge of Marketing & Supply Chain; Basic knowledge of Financial Management; High self-responsibility and accountability mindset; Pragmatic and flexible; Dynamic/energetic; Entrepreneurial 'Can Do' Mentality.
