Coordinate and oversee the daily transportation operations within the warehouse; Schedule and manage the dispatch of shipments to ensure timely delivery; Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues or delays promptly; Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and external carriers to optimize transport efficiency; Maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, delivery notes, and transportation logs; Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards; Analyze transportation costs and implement cost‑saving measures; Utilize transportation management systems (TMS) to streamline operations; Communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status and delivery schedules; Assist in the development and implementation of transportation policies and procedures. YOUR PROFILE

Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; Proven experience in transportation coordination or logistics; Strong organizational and multitasking skills; Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and other relevant software; SAP experience beneficial but not mandatory; Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards; Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle pressure; Problem‑solving skills and attention to detail; Flexible in working hours and willing to work in shifts. A salary between €2,580 and €4,722.
