What you will do

Coach the Assembly foremen in their growth and leadership;

Translate strategic goals into concrete improvement plans and innovations;

Collaborate with suppliers and colleagues from Procurement, Engineering, and Quality;

Respond to customer needs and new technological possibilities with fresh ideas;

Take on improvement projects that make our production smarter, faster, and future‑proof.

What you bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Technical Business Administration;

Extensive experience (10+ years) in production and leadership;

Effortlessly combine strategic insight with a practical, hands‑on approach;

Strong communication skills and talent to motivate and inspire teams.
