As a Financial Controller, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial insight, control, and efficiency across the business. Reporting to the Finance Operations Director (FD) and collaborating with The Head of FP&A, you’ll be the go‑to expert for all things related to personnel costs, combining hands‑on accounting with forward‑looking business partnering.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead the monthly close for NL Groupe and Agency personnel costs (PC Costs), partnering with Shared Services, Finance Hubs, and budget holders;
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all PC Costs entries, managing accruals, reclassifications, intra and inter company;
Support the FD with local country consolidation and agency reviews;
Maintain the Accruals schedule for PC Costs;
Maintain audit‑ready working files and ensure compliance with company policies;
Review PC Cost Balance sheet account reconciliations as prepared by Shared Service teams and liaise / team to ensure accuracy and completion of these accounts
Audit & Controls
Prepare audit files, schedules, and respond to queries for both internal and statutory audits;
Ensure all journals are properly authorized and documented.
Business Partnering & Ad Hoc Analysis
Team where required with F,P&A providing insightful analysis and recommendations;
Act as a finance ambassador to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications
5 years of relevant work experience
SAP, HFM knowledge is a plus;
Proficiency in English (writing and speaking);
Communication and analytical skills;
Experience in projects reconciliations, client contracts, compliance;
Accountancy certifications in RA, ACCA, CPA, CA (or equivalent) are highly desired;
Open and positive personality.
