Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or a related field is a plus, but not required—strong enthusiasm for the role is essential!

A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for connecting with people.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the recruitment field.

Excellent English skills; proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a huge bonus.
