What are you going to do? As Netwerkzorg Team Developer, you will work on solutions that enable healthcare professionals and organizations to collaborate effortlessly within a nationwide healthcare network. You will contribute to building software that ensures data exchange is secure, reliable, and scalable across the boundaries of systems and institutions.

You will develop backend functionality in Java and contribute to new features in web applications. Your focus will be on unlocking data through open standards such as FHIR and HL7, helping move healthcare forward by giving patients and professionals the right information at the right time.

Your responsibilities

Work on solutions that enable healthcare professionals and organizations to collaborate effortlessly within a nationwide healthcare network.

Develop backend functionality in Java.

Contribute to new features in web applications.

Unlock data through open standards such as FHIR and HL7.

Team As Netwerkzorg Team Developer, you will be part of the Netwerkzorg Team within Nedap Healthcare. Developers, architects, and product owners work together with one mission: breaking down healthcare silos and enabling seamless collaboration between all healthcare parties. We work in a hybrid setup—regularly at our campus in Groenlo for brainstorming sessions, and flexibly from home whenever it fits better.

What's in it for you? Salary range:

€3,800 and €5,800

gross per month based on full-time employment (38 hours) and depends on relevant knowledge and experience. Required Skills

Java developer experience with a strong focus on quality; motivation to learn and improve.

Experience with Spring, Semaphore, Datadog, FHIR, and HL7 is a plus.

Collaborative and team‑oriented, with ability to work independently.

Pragmatic approach: deliver results and get things done.
