Senior Technical Analyst

to join its

Technology Risk

and

Enablement team . This team ensures that the firm’s technology function operates efficiently and scales effectively. The successful candidate will partner with

global CTOs

to provide insight into technology performance and ensure risks are properly identified, managed, and controlled.

The opportunity for impact is significant. The team serves as a central link between technology, trading, compliance, and risk functions, driving cross-functional initiatives and overseeing key operational processes, including the firm’s incident retrospective framework. This role offers close collaboration with senior leaders, broad exposure across domains, and the opportunity to connect insights across teams.

While not a traditional software development position, the role provides opportunities to enhance internal tools, improve workflows, and deliver tailored solutions — including generating metrics and dashboards or streamlining operational processes.

Key responsibilities Collaborate with trading, technology, and control teams to drive critical cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery. Lead structured sessions with engineering leaders to review incidents, identify improvements, and plan follow-up actions — proactively challenging emerging themes, patterns, and risks. Provide global CTOs with insights and recommendations to support operational excellence within the technology function. Track upcoming technology upgrades at relevant exchanges and coordinate the firm’s response and readiness efforts.

Ideal candidate Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field. Comfortable using scripting languages (Python preferred) to automate workflows and manage data effectively. Pragmatic thinker with strong communication skills. Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels in high-performing environments. Solid project management experience with a proactive, hands-on approach. Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical systems. Genuine interest in financial markets and motivation to deepen industry knowledge.
