Our client is looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Business Analyst to join a growing team to support the ongoing development and optimisation of a HRSD platform. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping streamlined, user-centric HR processes across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements for HRSD enhancements and new features.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Support the design and configuration of HRSD modules, including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Portal.
Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and UAT sessions with stakeholders.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are aligned with best practice and ServiceNow capabilities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance employee experience and service efficiency.
Maintain documentation, process maps, and governance standards.
Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow or Senior ServiceNow Consulting role.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on ServiceNow HRSD implementations or enhancements.
Strong experience in ServiceNow and it's main modules
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications are highly advantageous.
