We are looking for an ambitious

Senior Consultant

to join dentsu’s BX (Business Transformation) practice in the Netherlands. You will play a central role in designing and delivering strategies that help businesses unlock growth, adapt to change, and prepare for the future.

You will be part of the dentsu BX Northern Europe team, whose consultants are located in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and the Netherlands, which you will help to grow.

To take the Senior Consultant role you will:

Lead workstreams in commercial strategy development, growth initiatives, and transformation advisory projects.

Conduct analysis and research to identify market opportunities, competitive dynamics, and customer-driven insights.

Translate findings into clear recommendations and action plans that support client decision-making and long-term growth.

Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, facilitating workshops and shaping a collaborative setting with executive to ensure business critical discussion and outcomes.

Contribute to the continued development of dentsu Consulting offerings, methods, tools, and knowledge base in areas such as commercial growth, innovation, and strategy design.

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in consulting, strategy, commercial development, or related advisory work.

Relevant Master’s degree from University or Business School.

Ideally Dutch as primary language.

Proven ability to structure complex problems and communicate solutions clearly to senior stakeholders.

A collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset – eager to take on responsibility.

Curious mindset and good to adapt in fast-changing environments.
