Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Customer Service (CS) Consultant with 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including strong exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP CS and integration knowledge across related modules such as PM, SD, MM, and FI. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, optimizations, and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle implementations and rollouts in SAP CS. Design, configure, and support SAP CS processes in both ECC and S/4HANA environments. Manage Service Orders, Notifications, Contracts, Warranties, Installed Base, and Resource Planning. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions. Integrate SAP CS with SAP PM, SD, MM, and FI modules. Participate in S/4HANA transformation projects (conversion, greenfield, brownfield). Conduct workshops, prepare functional specifications (FS), and support technical teams during development. Perform system testing (Unit, SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities. Provide production support and continuous process improvement recommendations. Mentor junior consultants and contribute to solution architecture decisions. Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on SAP CS. Minimum 1–2 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation projects. Strong configuration knowledge in: Service Orders & Notifications Service Contracts & Billing Warranty & Installed Base Resource-related billing Integration experience with SAP PM, SD, MM, FI. Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP teams. Knowledge of Fiori Apps related to service management in S/4HANA. Strong understanding of business processes in after-sales service & maintenance. Excellent stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills. Nice to Have

Experience with S/4HANA Service (Advanced Service Management). SAP CS certification. Exposure to SAP CRM Service or C/4HANA. Experience in global rollout projects. Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
