Scrum Master

to join our teams in Apeldoorn!

The Position As

Scrum Master , you will guide a multidisciplinary technical team in delivering a scalable, secure, and future-proof DevOps platform. Your focus will be on:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile and DevOps principles Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization Identify and remove impediments to team progress Foster transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement Coordinate dependencies with other teams and departments Track and communicate delivery progress and metrics Promote a culture of collaboration, quality, and engineering excellence

Your Profile Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical or DevOps-driven environment Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) Experience working with platform teams or engineering enablement initiatives Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling (CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms) Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills Comfortable operating in large, complex organizations Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) Scrum certification (e.g., PSM, CSM) is preferred.
