As a Senior Developer with a focus on React, you are responsible for: Designing and developing modern web applications using React and Next.js. Building scalable, maintainable, and well‑tested code. Working on backend components (such as APIs), preferably with NestJS. Proactively identifying and mitigating technical risks. Substantiating and defending technical decisions towards colleagues and clients. Coaching team members and sharing knowledge through code reviews and pair programming. Contributing to the technical vision and architecture of projects. You are a strong React specialist, but you also have broader experience in full stack development. You feel responsible for the quality of the overall product and take ownership of both your work and the collaboration. Function requirements You are a team player and an independent developer who: Has at least 5 years of experience with React and Next.js. Has experience with backend development (preferably NestJS). Takes end-to-end ownership of quality and collaboration. Actively identifies risks and coaches others to make better decisions. Can clearly explain and justify technical choices. Is fluent in Dutch or English. Work agreements You will receive, among other things: A salary of €3.200 – €5.500 based on a 40‑hour work week, depending on experience.
