Head of Global Talent

EMEA Recruitment is supporting an international business with a global headquarters close to Eindhoven as they look to recruit a Global Talent Partner.

Are you a Talent Management expert with the gravitas to influence at the highest levels — and the pragmatism to make talent management interventions really work in the business?

As the Global Talent Partner, you'll help shape and embed the global talent philosophy. This role is about impact, enablement, and influence, supporting leaders and HRBPs to drive the talent agenda themselves over time.

Responsibilities of the Global Talent Partner: Shape and operationalize the global talent philosophy - moving it from paper to real business impact Embed a data-driven succession and leadership mindset into the business Design and oversee the Global Talent Review process across regions and business units Build scalable frameworks that strengthen leadership pipelines and accelerate key talent Enable HRBPs and senior leaders to confidently run talent processes themselves Translate complex talent data into sharp, business-focused insights for executive decision-making

Experience required: Proven experience in Talent Management, ideally global, but regional will be considered if experienced in a global business Strong track record designing scalable talent and succession frameworks Gravitas and confidence to present at board level Ability to influence and drive ownership with HRBPs and Leaders in a CofE capacity A business-centered mindset - able to speak commercial and operational language
