ABOUT THE ROLE
As Marketing Specialist, you will take ownership of multi-channel marketing campaigns in the Netherlands and across the EUSW Cluster. You’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our brand voice within a dynamic corporate B2B engineering environment. From digital content and social media to trade shows and technical content, your efforts will help generate qualified leads, enhance regional engagement, and support business growth.
CORE FOCUS AREAS
Take full ownership of some key focus areas, and, in collaboration with stakeholders in the EUSW Cluster, lead the planning, execution, and management of campaigns, including responsibility for overseeing the associated budget
Collaborate with local stakeholders to design, plan and execute campaigns, ensuring initiatives are tailored to regional needs
Implement global campaigns at Cluster and local level, adapting strategies to ensure effective execution and regional relevance
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and deliver integrated digital campaigns across web, email, social media, and paid media
Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence with strategic, audience-focused content
Create and refine marketing assets, including graphics, presentations, and technical content
Coordinate and execute events such as trade shows, webinars, customer workshops, and internal events
Produce and edit multimedia content including video for both internal and external use
Maintain and update website content, landing pages, and email templates using CMS and HTML/CSS
Track campaign performance using analytics tools; report on insights and recommend improvements
Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and internal stakeholders
Collaborate closely with colleagues in the Europe South & West cluster on shared cluster campaigns and cross-regional projects
Develop strong local market understanding to provide valuable insights and input into the overall cluster strategy
CORE SKILLS
Social media strategy & audience engagement
Graphic design and asset creation
Video editing and multimedia production
Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) to manage and publish digital content
Experience with CRM systems for campaign management and lead tracking
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms to create marketing assets and execute targeted email nurturing campaigns
Familiarity with SEO and SEM best practices to support digital marketing efforts
Ability to perform analytics and campaign reporting to assess performance and optimize results
Basic HTML/CSS for email and web edits
Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute successful events and trade shows
PowerPoint and presentation design
Strong cross-cultural and interpersonal communication skills
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications or related field
Minimum of three years’ experience in B2B marketing within an engineering or technical environment
Proven experience in digital marketing, event management and content production
