For

one of our global banking clients , we are looking for a delivery-focused

IT Integrator . You will coordinate complex, multi-country payment initiatives and translate regulatory requirements into executable IT change. We need a proactive problem-solver with a strong ownership mindset.

What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of payment transformations and country onboarding to strategic stacks.

Coordinate stakeholders across Product, Architecture, IT Squads, Ops, SRE, and Vendors.

Drive the change lifecycle from "Flow to Ready" through to Go-Live and stabilization.

Translate regulations like ISO20022, SEPA, and PSD2 into actionable IT delivery.

Manage dependencies and orchestrate timelines across multiple countries to remove blockers.

Ensure readiness by defining clear acceptance criteria and risk mitigation for UAT phases.

What we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in Payments, Banking, or IT Integration.

Proven Delivery Record: Mandatory experience leading multi-stakeholder IT migrations.

Banking Expertise: Strong knowledge of ISO20022, SEPA, or HVP/TARGET services.

Stakeholder Management: Ability to organize and influence work across multiple domains.

Technical Understanding: A balanced profile with IT depth aligned with banking environments.

Maturity: Clear seniority to navigate ambiguity and pressure.

Environment: ISO20022, SEPA, Cloud, Microservices, and global stakeholder landscapes.

Nice to have

Regulatory Change: Experience delivering CBPR+ or market infra migrations.

Vendor Solutions: Experience with vendor-based IT integration.

Tech Affinity: Basic familiarity with Java/Oracle ecosystems.
