As a Content Marketer, you give Marktlink Capital a strong voice and visual identity. You translate financial themes, such as investing in private markets, into clear, compelling, and purpose-driven content. Your role goes beyond writing: you also bring stories to life visually, with video playing an increasingly important role.
You look beyond individual pieces of content, you think in journeys and understand how all channels come together to create a consistent brand experience. You continuously look for ways to make campaigns, content, and flows smarter and more effective.
You are not only responsible for written content but also take the initiative in developing and producing video content, from concept and scripting to recording and publication. You know how to leverage texts, videos, podcasts, and infographics, and understand what message to communicate, where, and how to engage our target audience. You collaborate quickly and effectively with colleagues, gather insights from experts, and work seamlessly across teams. You are the true owner of all content and fully embrace that responsibility.
Your responsibilities
You are part of the marketing team, but due to the diverse nature of your role, you collaborate with virtually every department across the organization.
You create strong, purpose-driven content (copy, visuals, and video) for the entire investor journey, including the website, email campaigns, LinkedIn, advertisements, events, presentations, and product brochures — in collaboration with our graphic designer and digital marketer where needed.
You independently develop and produce video content, from concept and scripting to recording and publication.
You translate complex financial topics into accessible and compelling content for both novice and experienced investors.
You write and edit whitepapers, blogs, and reports that strengthen our authority in the private markets space.
You analyze and optimize content performance (SEO/GEO) and continuously improve campaigns and flows.
You ensure a consistent tone of voice and brand identity across all channels.
You stay on top of trends and developments in the financial world and translate them into relevant and inspiring content. Interviewing stakeholders is also part of your role.
Your profile
A minimum of HBO+ level of education and thinking ability (Bachelor’s degree or higher).
At least 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Experience with topics such as investing, financial planning, and private markets.
Experience independently developing and producing video content (a strong plus if you can showcase this in your portfolio).
Excellent command of both Dutch and English, written and spoken.
Analytical, proactive, and continuously focused on improvement and productivity.
Able to make complex subject matter understandable without compromising on content quality.
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently, while also being a strong team player.
Experience with SEO is a must; knowledge of GEO is a plus.
Familiar with HubSpot? Great! If not, you are quick to master new systems.
