IT Support Specialist

to work on a diverse range of tasks, acting as the face of IT across the business. You will help fix various hardware- and software-related issues while keeping in touch with people all across the team. The scope of this role is going to be quite diverse and interesting but that also means you will have to balance your duties between different areas of focus. You will work under the heading of the Digital Infrastructure team and will have the opportunity to grow and work with an awesome and multinational group of colleagues. Key Responsibilities: In short, everything with a power cable is your responsibility Taking care of office networking like WiFi coverage Helping out our new joiners by arranging new devices and keeping track of the inventory Helping with security by overseeing our password management tool Casting options and improving our meeting rooms with Google-friendly tools to facilitate remote meetings Arranging physical cabling, installation or finding the necessary help to make it happen Automating on- and off-boarding, and role-assignment processes Taking on the role of go-to admin of Google and other administrative tools Requirements: Experience with various operating systems (Windows, macOS or Linux). Used MDM (Master Data Management) tools like Kandji. Keen to connect with people and have excellent interpersonal skills. Not afraid of getting hands dirty with physical installation. Interested in automation and scripting, no experience required. Any knowledge of home networking is a plus.
