Job Description:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will be trained as an all-rounder and perform a variety of tasks. You use your computer skills to check products and enter them into the system. The Warehouse Operator is accurate and has a keen eye for detail.

The pay for this role is €2,640 per month.

Job Responsibilities:

Count, verify, and organize incoming finished products received from production or incoming departments.

Permanent Inventory /Cycle counts / Inventory accuracy. Identify and communicate to team leader /supervisor any discrepancies in the order picking or receiving in FG from production.

Pick orders destined for final sale in accordance with instructions, Organize picked orders to efficiently way to scan in a secure manner and promote efficiency

Verify accuracy of orders by matching them with quantities and types. (Qty Count -Double scanning.

Proceed with all NetSuite steps to invoice the order, and creation of the shipment using the carrier selected on SO and paste labels on shipments.

Communication with sales Rep for shipping labels. Emails or calls.

Pack order: Combine and pack devices in a way that excludes spillage of product or damage to packaging under typical handling.

Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Receive and process (physically and administrative in the corresponding computer system) shipments that cross dock our warehouse and come in for repair, preparing shipments for 3rd party repair and returns to customer

Loading and unloading trucks and delivering to each department the correct receive goods.

Accurately administratively processing products in the computer systems.

Cleaning products and recording accessories received.

Diagnosing, updating, and final testing of products in accordance with applicable work instructions, rules, and agreements.

Packing prepared products.

Reporting damaged shipments or relevant deviations in the process.

Distributing received and outgoing products.

Carrying out orders given by the direct supervisor.

Achieving the predetermined objectives based on lead time, quality and productivity.
