Qualifications

You have a welcoming attitude, are a team player, and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Excellent communication skills, especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language.

Responsibilities

Deliver fantastic service to our guests across all F&B Outlets, including the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events operations (Banqueting) during both morning and evening shifts.

Deliver unforgettable moments to our guests in all F&B Outlets.

Ensure smooth operations by setting up and checking the meeting rooms.

Prepare guest bills and handle the payment.

Solving guest complaints with creativity and a positive approach.

Bring new ideas to enhance the guest experience and improve operations.
