Workforce Management (UKG) Implementation Utrecht) | Hybrid (3 days on site)

We are supporting a large, international retail and supply chain organisation undergoing a major Workforce Management (WFM) transformation across multiple business units in the Netherlands and Belgium.

The Opportunity

You will lead the end-to-end implementation of a new Workforce Management system (UKG), replacing existing solutions across:

Retail store operations (NL & BE) Supply Chain (3 Distribution Centres in NL)

This is a business-critical programme with visibility at senior leadership and board level. You will act as the bridge between Business and IT, ensuring strong alignment, clear governance, and successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities Lead full lifecycle WFM implementation across multiple business units Manage senior stakeholders, including a steering committee Act as the primary contact for the external implementation partner Drive planning, governance, risk management, and delivery milestones Ensure successful integration into the wider IT landscape Support organisational change and drive adoption

What We’re Looking For Proven experience delivering large-scale Business & IT transformation programmes Strong Workforce Management implementation experience (UKG highly desirable) Demonstrable experience managing senior stakeholders and steering committees Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and operational teams Dutch language skills preferred
