About the Assignment You will join a highly experienced DevOps team working within the Dutch government domain. The team is responsible for the digital workplace, built on Microsoft 365, which provides a secure, modern and user-friendly working environment for thousands of employees. Due to rapid technological developments (including Power Platform and Copilot Studio), the team is expanding and looking for a Senior Power Platform DevOps Engineer who takes technical ownership and drives innovation.

Role & Responsibilities As a Senior Power Platform DevOps Engineer, you will: Take technical ownership of Microsoft 365 applications and services, with a strong focus on Power Platform and Copilot Studio Design, configure, manage and continuously improve Power Platform and Copilot solutions according to Microsoft best practices Ensure solutions are compliant with internal policies (e.g. 3B policy) and future-proof Define and implement governance around: - Building and publishing Copilot Agents - Use of connectors and integrations Act as a technical lead within a DevOps team (~9 members) working according to Scrum and ITIL Independently handle complex development and operational challenges Coach and mentor medior and junior engineers and actively contribute to knowledge sharing Safeguard quality and continuity using evergreening principles Closely follow technological developments and translate them into concrete improvements Be a strategic sparring partner for the Solution Architect, Product Owner and AI program Contribute to a positive, innovative and collaborative team culture

Experience 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Cloud technologies, including: - Entra ID - Intune - Security & compliance solutions 5+ years of experience with Power Platform configuration and implementation At least 1 year of experience with Copilot Studio 3+ years of experience working with ITIL processes Strong scripting skills (PowerShell or similar)

Education & Certifications (Required) IT education at MBO level Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) Availability Minimum 32 hours per week

Nice-to-Haves (Preferred) HBO level of working and thinking Strong knowledge of: - Microsoft Teams - SharePoint Certifications: - Managing Microsoft Teams (MS-700) - Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) - ITIL 4 Foundation Experience working in large enterprise or government environments Proven experience mentoring engineers and shaping engineering culture
